Umag is a small town with 15.000 inhabitants located in the north-west coast of Istria, only 40 km from Trieste, 150 from Venice and Ljubljana. Umag’s coastline extends along 45 km offering countless beautiful beaches where you can indulge in various sea sports and sunbathing. Istria is well-known for its wine roads and its excellent wine cellars. The Brijuni National Park with its wealth of culture and history is located nearby. There are numerous interesting coastal Istrian little towns and continental towns encompassed by the walls.
